Description: A concentrated heavy-duty liquid, formulated for de-greasing food preparation areas and food processing equipment. It is remarkably effective on the removal of animal fats and cooking oils.
SPRAY AND WIPE is a concentrated water based cleaner-degreaser formulated for a safe and effective removal of heavy grease and soil in kitchen and food preparation areas. It is recommended for cleaning canopies, filters, exhaust fans, air vents, porcelain tiles, baked enamel appliances, stainless steel, kitchen fittings and tiled floors.
Usage/directions: MANUAL CLEANING
Dilute 1 part to 80 parts water for mopping or manual scrubbing of floors, walls and all preparation areas.
PRESSURE & STEAM MACHINES
Dilute 1 part to 120 parts water for daily wash down. For heavier soil age the ratio may be increased up to 1:30 solution.
SPRAY & WIPE APPLICATION:
Dilute up to 1:10 in an atomiser for general spray on-wipe off purpose.
If used at high concentration will give excellent results as an oven and hot plate cleaner if it is used on a regular basis.
